great place for Small Engine repair at a reasonable price. we had a carburetor issue with our log splitter and Wards Power Equipment fixed the issue so I can finish splitting the rest of the tree that fell

Wards Power Equipment fixed my mower. The mower is 16 years old and the transmission was failing. Wards suggested that I have the trans removed for less than a $100 verses a new trans that would have been $375. A good choice and honest service.

Wards is a busy little shop! Took 3 weeks to get my equipment back but it’s ran perfect since. I take all my saws here. Been using these guys for years, hard to find good people like these anymore. A few mechanics retired this year, said they are hiring more to help out. Be patient, they are dealing with what all small shops are.

I went in here to buy a three dollar bar nut. They had it. Very helpful.As I was pulling in, because its spring and the weather is getting warm, my clutch fluid on my truck boiled coming up the hill. Clutch was hardly working.They gave me a piece hose and a plastic bottle and loaned me a eight mm wrench to bleed my clutch. I bought fluid in the corner market.Thanks very much.Great business.Don't forget to bleed your clutch fluid on your vehicle because it gets moisture over time. 🤣 My fault, had nothing to do with them. They are great. Bleed it twice because even one drop of water, when summer hits it wants to boil and freeze the clutch pedal.

These guys will fix anything they're allowed to, answer any question realistically, and entertain your kids with a turtle tank. Great place.

Nice local store close to home. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the product mostly Stihl brand. They are remodeling the store so I'm excited to see the update.

I cut firewood for money in high school and to put myself through college. I sharpened my own chain saw chains for many years but after getting a new Stihl chain saw I went to Wards, my local Stihl dealer, bought two extra chains, and left the original chain with them to sharpen. The sharpened chain cut better than the original and lasted longer. Over the years they sharpened my chains dozens of times. I try to buy all my bar oil and 2 cycle oil here, I have not checked the price and don't care, anyone who has this level of service deserves all the business I can bring them.

I took my lawnmower in for repair and tune up, it took a little longer than expected due to supply chain disruption, I needed a small part, but the result was worth it. They did a great job, it's like having a new lawn mower. I highly recommend them; the staff was warm and quite knowledgeable. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Great experience. Very friendly and awesome staff. Didn't try to gouge me on prices, very reasonable cost. They actually finished fixing my toro in half the time of their original expected time to complete, which was even better! 10/10 would def bring any future equipment issues or make any future lawn maintenance purchases with them.

I was having problems with my weed Wacker, so I took it to Ward's. I kind of knew that it wasn't worth fixing, and that buying a new one was our best option. And that's exactly what the gentleman said, but went a head and gave me a price to fix the old one. And the price of a new one, he never once pressured us. I will always take my power tools to Ward's, and I will always recommend them to anybody.

Recently moved to the area and found my new go to Stihl power equipment shop . Excellent service every time I am in there! I have had old Stihl equipment serviced/repaired/tuned up and they run like I just pulled them off the shelf! Couldn’t recommend Wards enough.

I always take my mower in for a spring tune up. Picked up some new safety glasses today and an edge trimmer that starts with the push of a button! Helpf8and friendly staff. Plus turtles in the aquarium.

When you buy expensive equipment you want to know you are in good hands if anything goes wrong with it. Ward equipment is there for you! Don't do cheap repairs off craigslist that don't stand behind their service. This local business delivers!
